About the Project

  The Hazelmere Hub Project is a remediation and redevelopment initiative aimed at revitalising 17 hectares of land at Lot 20 Adelaide Street in Hazelmere. The Project envisions developing commercial/light industrial lots, with a linear strip of residential lots along Adelaide Street to complete the neighbourhood streetscape.

The final touches to the Remediation Action Plan (RAP) and implementation schedule are progressing with the assistance of the project’s Environment Consultant and independent Environment Auditor. Pending the approval of the RAP, we are hopeful remediation works will start in mid-late 2025. We will continue to keep you updated, including when the RAP is approved and well in advance of any site activity taking place.
