The Hazelmere Hub Project is a remediation and redevelopment initiative aimed at revitalising 17 hectares of land at Lot 20 Adelaide Street in Hazelmere. The Project envisions developing commercial/light industrial lots, with a linear strip of residential lots along Adelaide Street to complete the neighbourhood streetscape.
Work to refine the future development of Lot 20 Adelaide Street is continuing and a conceptual planning map is included in the March 2026 update. The proposed development includes a large area dedicated to the development of light-industry, dedicated road access to the light industrial lots via a new road from Stirling Crescent and a strip of residential lots with rear access, via four dedicated vehicle access points.
